Humanitarian Development Program launched today the distribution of shelter kits in Al Jawf Governorate, as part of the project to assist in providing life-saving shelter ِassistance to communities affected by conflict in Ma’rib City District – Ma’rib Governorate, and Khabb wa Ash Sha’af District – Al Jawf Governorate, funded by the Yemen Humanitarian Fund (YHF).
This activity aims to support displaced and affected families in Al Khabb wa Ash Sha’af District in Al Jawf Governorate, in addition to Ma’rib City District in Ma’rib Governorate. Through this aid, the program seeks to alleviate the suffering of those affected and provide them with essential support to secure decent shelter amid the difficult circumstances they face.
The project includes the distribution of 200 emergency shelters (tents), in addition to 200 shelter kits.
This launch comes within the framework of the Humanitarian Development Program’s commitment to responding to urgent humanitarian needs and reaffirms its role in providing assistance to the most vulnerable communities in Yemen.
